Vocational Training Program
We’re helping young people improve their employability through practical trainings.
To address the challenges faced by youth who cannot access formal education and equip them with professional skills that enhance employability or support self-employment, the Vocational Training Program undertakes the following initiatives:
- We partner with accredited vocational centres to provide training in agriculture, fish farming, carpentry, tailoring, mechanics, and other income-generating skills. Providing training materials, tools, and machinery to enhance hands-on learning and skill acquisition
- We set up mobile training units and engage at-risk youth in structured vocational programs to prevent involvement in crime, radicalization, and illegal activities.
- We facilitate internships and apprenticeships to support trainees in securing employment.
- We ensure graduates receive career guidance, resume-building assistance and entrepreneurial support, helping them transition into the workforce or start their own businesses.
